Mischa and Jon

I have had the pleasure of knowing Michelle through the Humane Society of Calvert County. Her love for animals just shows how large her heart is. If there was any dog, pig, or probably just about any other animal that fits in your living room, that needed a place to stay, her home and heart have always been open. Jon is right there with her, giving love to those who need it. I can only imagine how much these two wonderful people love each other, how much they are willing to do for one another through their lifetime. When you love selflessly as these two do, your heart is always full. There were so many friends and family that came out to support Jon and Michelle’s start of their married journey. They braved the cold, (though thankfully did not have to brave the blizzard), and came out to celebrate! Seeing so much love just makes me very happy, and I am so thankful that these two found each other, and get to share this thing called life together. Congratulations Jon and Michelle! I wish you the best!

    Lex and Heather’s Winter Wedding

    I love how intimate Lex and Heather’s wedding at Level in Downtown Annapolis was. You could tell how everyone in that room was so very important to them. There was just so much love filling the air. Not only the love these two have for one another, but how very loved they are by all their friends and family. Heather was gorgeous in a stunning dress. She kept things elegant and simple. I loved the touches of Christmas throughout the venue as well.  My favorite touch was their cake topper that included their beloved Theodore! Nothing like having our fur babies share in the celebration! Heather and Lex are definitely my type of people and I wish them much love and happiness in their new life together!

      Jen and Brian in Alexandria

      I have loved getting to know these two lovebirds. We had a great time walking around Old Town and snapping a few photos.  Old Town is extra special since this is where Jen and Brian met. I love when locations have extra meaning. One of my favorite things about these two is their ability to make one another laugh. I felt like I was witnessing something special. 🙂 We completed the day with a congratulatory drink at their first meeting spot. Jen and Brian, I wish you both the very best and cannot wait till May!

        Kristin and Matt’s Engagement Photos!!

        I was so excited to get a message from Matt, whom I’ve known since forever, to photograph his engagement session! I was even more excited when I met Kristin! 🙂 These two seriously made my job uber easy. They both were up for anything and are just a lot of fun.  We walked around a few trails in the Catoctin Mountains, taking in all the amazing color we are having this fall.Kristin has a fantastic sense of style, and looked amazing for our session. These two just light up when they are around each other, and you can’t help but to be happy when you are with them! Best wishes to you both, and I am excited to see all the adventures God has for the both of you!

          Kayla and Joe’s Engagement

          All I can say is WOW! Joe and Kayla are such a dream to photograph. They are so completely natural in front of the camera. Not just that they are photogenic, but also they are so wrapped up in each other that the way they naturally show each other they love one another just shines through. We went to Old Town Alexandria for their engagement session. I don’t know if there is a location I like better than Old Town. Kayla and Joe have been visiting the Hotel Monaco for the anniversary every year they have been together, so naturally Joe proposed to Kayla at their perfect spot. It was the perfect location to celebrate their love for one another. I cannot wait for their Destination wedding in Florida. Joe and Kayla I am so unbelievably excited for you both!
